Terms of service

What the service does

PB Watch checks the Puffing Billy Railway booking site for open seats for the dates and party you choose. When seats are open, we send an email to the address you verified. We only read the booking site. We never book or pay for tickets.

Price

An alert costs A$10, whatever the number of days it covers (1 to 14). You pay once, before the alert starts, on a payment page that Stripe hosts. After you pay, the dates and the party cannot change. Email us if you need help.

Emails

A check runs about every 20 minutes. We send an email at every check while seats are open for your party, until the alert ends.

No refunds

You pay for the watching, not for finding seats. We do not give refunds. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law stay the same.

No promises about seats or timing

We cannot promise that seats will open or that an email will arrive on time. The booking site can change or block our checks. Seats can sell out before you click the link.

Not part of Puffing Billy Railway

PB Watch is an independent service. It is not part of, and is not approved by, Puffing Billy Railway. You book on their website.
